1. Course Enrollment

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
  • Course fees must be paid in full according to the applicable course fee structure.

2. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, lessons, and other content provided by IISW are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Institute of Islamic Studies for Women or its respective content owners. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or sharing course materials without permission is prohibited.

3. User Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful, ethical, and appropriate behavior. IISW reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided course access has not been granted.
  • No refund will be provided after 3 days or once course access has been granted, except in exceptional circumstances.
  • Refunds may be considered where a verified technical issue prevents a student from accessing the purchased course.
  • If IISW cancels a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund.
